I’ve always heard not to shoot steel that it would wear down the gun jam stovepipe fte and So on. Then I met 78-year-old gentleman at the range who was there for about four hours shooting nonstop. He told me he has been shooting steel case for decades with no issues as long as you lube the firearm properly with quality oil. after will over 10,000 rounds with no real issues to speak of I’m a believer and For the money you save and by the time it’s needed you’ll be way ahead of the game should you have to ”replace“ anything on your firearm

I bought the 1000 rounds because all of my buddies run these in their ar’s and they run perfectly fine, so I figured why not. Well my brand new ar wouldn’t run more than 5 rounds in a row without problems. It would either not feed properly or wouldn’t eject the round. It was super frustrating and a big disappointment. I then run 50 rounds back to back of fiocchi through it and the gun loved it. Buying these rounds is definitely a gamble
